ISIT Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking an ISIT Service Delivery Manager with extensive experience partnering across various global business functions, including Operations, Supply Chain, Risk, and Compliance. This role is central to delivering IT solutions that drive transformational change and align with the organization’s strategic focus on technology and innovation.

This position requires a proactive, results-driven professional who can bridge business needs with IT strategy, ensuring successful delivery through structured programs of work. Key applications, such as Maximo, play a pivotal role, alongside emerging technologies like AI and Machine Learning (ML).

The role demands extensive IT expertise within industries such as oil and gas, petrochemical, offshore drilling, or mining. It is an exceptional opportunity for a forward-thinking professional to lead IT transformation initiatives and deliver tangible value in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead the delivery of IT solutions aligned with strategic business objectives.
  • Manage supplier relationships to maximize value and ensure compliance with contractual commitments.
  • Oversee Service Desk Management and drive continuous improvement measures.
  • Proactively manage Information Security, including network monitoring and asset security.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives through effective IT strategies and lifecycle management.
  • Develop strategic roadmaps and ensure adherence to IS strategies, policies, and governance.

Essential Skills & Background 

  • 10+ years of professional IS experience, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
  • Expertise in ITIL Service Operations/Delivery with strong supplier management skills.
  • Proven leadership in delivering strategic IT programs that drive efficiency and business value.
  • Strong portfolio management and business relationship management experience.
  • Working knowledge of Maximo and the ability to align technical requirements with business needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-moving, matrixed, and outsourced environment.

Technical Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • ITIL Foundations (Required); ITIL 4 Managing Professional (Desired).
  • Strong project management skills, including financial, scheduling, and resource management.
