About the Job

Our client is seeking an experienced Oil and Gas ETRM Architect to supply solutions for an existing proprietary ETRM system. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ETRM systems and strong project management skills. This role involves close collaboration with Trading, Risk Management, and the IT Director to ensure the delivery of new functionalities and the seamless operation of existing ETRM modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • ETRM System Function Design: Collaborate with Business Units, Risk Management, and Finance teams to design and implement ETRM system functions. This includes understanding business needs, defining the scope of affected existing functions, and working with the BA team to deliver technical solutions.
  • Integration: Customize the ETRM platform to enhance integration with other systems and Data Warehouses.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for requirements analysis, system function design, and configuration.
  • Project Management: Work with the IT Director to manage all requirements, prioritize them, and report to the IT committee during regular meetings.
  • Optimization of Existing Functions: Collaborate with BA and Development teams to optimize existing modules, including the Permission Matrix, specific module logic, and daily EOD process optimization.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience with ETRM systems.
  • Proven ability in project management.
  • In-depth business knowledge of both pipeline and vessel cargo.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
