Key Responsibilities
HR Administration & Operations
- Support high-volume HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including:
- Pre-employment processes (background checks, drug screening, I-9 verification)
- New hire onboarding and employment documentation
- Employee data maintenance and updates within HR systems
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for employees and stakeholders, providing timely and accurate HR support
- Maintain organized records aligned with company policies and regulatory requirements
HR Systems, Automation & AI Enablement
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve efficiency, and prevent recurring errors
- Partner with HRIS and People Technology teams to:
- Transition work from spreadsheets and manual trackers into structured HR system workflows
- Support testing, documentation, and user enablement for system enhancements
Use tools such as Excel, HRIS workflows, and AI-enabled features to: - Improve data quality and consistency
- Create templates, job aids, and standardized operating procedures
- Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset by evaluating:
- How automation or AI can improve processes
- How system design can prevent errors
Required Experience & Skills
- Experience in HR administration or HR operations supporting the employee lifecycle
- Experience working in a corporate, fast-paced, or high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to prioritize work, manage deadlines, and communicate proactively
- Demonstrated experience improving or streamlining processes
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM or another HRIS platform
- Experience transitioning work from spreadsheets to system-based solutions
- Exposure to automation, AI tools, or workflow optimization
- Shared services or case management environment experience
- Experience supporting a global or multi-country workforce
