Service Desk Technicians Interns & Analysts
Build your foundation in enterprise IT operations
You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting real client environments while learning how a modern MSP operates:
- Deliver front-line end-user support across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Azure, and core SaaS platforms
- Work within ticketing systems, SLAs, prioritization, and escalation workflows
- Develop strong customer communication and service delivery skills
- Learn ITIL-aligned processes and best practices in a production environment
Junior Engineers & Engineering Interns
Move beyond tickets into infrastructure, cloud, and automation
You’ll work alongside senior engineers on real client projects, gaining exposure to advanced technologies and architectures:
- Support and build solutions across Azure and hybrid cloud environments
- Assist with server, network, identity, and security operations
- Monitor systems, investigate alerts, and participate in remediation efforts
- Contribute to automation, scripting, and process improvements
- Gain hands-on experience with production systems and customer-facing projects
Cloud Engineers
Design, build, and operate modern cloud environments
You’ll take ownership of cloud and hybrid solutions, helping clients modernize, secure, and scale their infrastructure:
- Architect and support Azure-based and hybrid cloud environments
- Design and implement solutions for compute, storage, networking, and identity
- Improve security posture through best practices, governance, and monitoring
- Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex issues
- Collaborate on cloud migrations, optimizations, and modernization initiatives
Technical Account Managers (TAMs)
Own the technical relationship and drive client success
You’ll act as the bridge between our clients and delivery teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and long-term value:
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned clients
- Understand client environments, priorities, and business objectives
- Coordinate service delivery, escalations, and cross-team collaboration
- Lead technical reviews, roadmap discussions, and ongoing optimization efforts
- Advocate for clients internally while ensuring expectations and SLAs are met
